In this capacity, she has provided strategic legal advice and managed several large legal projects, including various financing processes (both corporate and project financing), several IPOs and private placements, and projects within the sustainable energy sector. At Grant Thornton, Géraldine is responsible for the international practice and the sustainable legal practice.

As Partner Legal Services, Géraldine focuses on expanding Grant Thornton's Legal Services practice and acts as co-lead of Grant Thornton's global legal services.
