With her extensive expertise, Florine advises the public sector, funds, and foundations on various topics, including impact-driven grantmaking, impact strategy, cultural change, and learning and steering. Additionally, she trains and coaches organisations in impact management and serves as the coordinator and lead trainer at the Impact Campus.

With a background in organisational sciences, social psychology, and behavioural change, Florine integrates the ‘hard’ and ‘soft’ aspects of organisations in her consultancy work.
