Arjen is a certified pension advisor. He spent most of his career working for a large insurance company. In recent years, he has worked for one of the 'big four' accounting firms. In December 2023, Arjen joined Grant Thornton where he is currently part of the Global Mobility Services (GMS) team.

Since 1998, Arjen has held various commercial positions in the field of pensions. He has developed as a trusted advisor. In this role, he is an experienced discussion partner at various management levels to advise the Board of Directors, HRM, Works Councils and stakeholders on pensions.

He uses his experience and expertise to design, set up and administer occupational pension schemes, pension communication (processes) and new business development.

Arjen is a member of the Dutch Association of Pension advisors (Nederlandse PensioenOrde)
