Experience

Daniëlle began her career as a Corporate Law Paralegal at various notary offices and as a legal assistant at two of the Big Four accounting firms. She has over 25 years of experience in all areas of corporate law.

Daniëlle's main experience and expertise include providing ongoing corporate secretarial and governance support to local (supervisory) boards of (foreign) multinationals, providing legal compliance support (regarding financial statements of Dutch entities), and transactional support (assisting with the execution of share capital reorganizations, liquidations, distributions) and assisting with the arrangement of approvals for general legal matters.
