A new way of work

Telework, and for the most part, on a full-time basis, was suddenly thrust upon the world in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, and firmly established itself. What conclusions could be drawn from the practice of telework once the health crisis was over? What was to become of this sudden and considerable recourse to a new way of working?

The objective of our whitepaper was to present the evolution of telework as a practice in European countries, both before, during and after the pandemic.

Main rules of teleworking

Presented in this whitepaper are the main rules as applied in 15 European countries before the Covid-19 crisis, during the pandemic but also in the aftermath. We leave it to you to discover the differences as well as the many similarities that are in place in the framework of our different national legislations.
