In addition to the CLEARR core values, the fundamental principles: professionalism, integrity, objectivity, professional competence and diligence and confidentiality are identified as important behaviours. Specific behaviours in certain situations are prescribed in the 'terms of employment regulations' and staff handbook to give substance to concepts such as diligence and confidentiality. Compliance with internal regulations is confirmed annually by employees in the independence declaration.
